Trend is not Kaizen to que up straight working like machine without mistake. We instill passion in whatever task undertake, following international standard now to think bold & different like FB, Tesla (which is against Kaizen) at the same time detail orientated which is strong for Asian like Uniqlo, Lexus, Recruit, Rakuten and lot of small existing firm.
